SHIPPING
All Aza Laye pieces are handcrafted and shipped from our studio in Senegal or the Netherlands, depending on availability.
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
DELIVERY TIMES
Netherlands & Europe: 14 business days
International: 21 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.
* Custom orders take about 3 to 4 weeks.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aza Laye piece.
If for any reason you are not, you can return your order within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Returns should include proof of purchase or the order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item for another size or design, please email us at info@azalaye.com before sending your package, so we can reserve the new item for you.
DAMAGED OF FAULTY T ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
