1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Aza Laye, owned by Suzy Meijers and Abdoulaye ag Hahoudou. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
All Aza Laye pieces are handcrafted. Slight variations in shape, texture, or color may occur as part of the handmade process. We make every effort to describe and photograph our items accurately.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of checkout.

4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your piece.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

All personal information provided during checkout is handled securely and will only be used to process your order.
